Bhubaneswar: The state government will provide financial assistance of Rs 7,500 to bury the bodies of people who died of the coronavirus. The announcement was made by the state Department of Health and Family Welfare. The state government will spend Rs 7,500 to bury a person. The money will be donated from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
Notably, the state government has made special arrangements for the burial of those who have died from the coronavirus. The body of a person who has died of the coronavirus cannot be taken directly by the family. The body will be cremated according to the state government’s Covid-19 guidelines
