Ingredients: 250 grams of chopped wendy,

1 chopped onion,

2 chopped tomatoes,

1 teaspoon chopped ginger,

1 teaspoon red chilli powder,

1 teaspoon turmeric powder,

1 teaspoon coriander powder,

1 teaspoon cumin powder,

1 teaspoon fenugreek,

1 teaspoon Salt and oil to taste.

Preparation: First heat the oil in a pan and then heat. When the oil is hot, add wendy to it and fry it for 5 minutes and remove from a bowl. Now heat the oil in a pan again. Add hengu, mustard, fenugreek, coriander powder to it. Then add onions and ginger and cook. When the onions turn golden, add the tomatoes and cook over medium heat until soft. Now add red chilli, turmeric and coriander-cumin powder and cook for a minute. Then add fried wendy and salt to the pan and add. After cooking for a minute, turn off the gas by pouring hot spices. Acharya Wendy is ready. Eat bread or parsley
