Bhubaneswar: So far, 9,690 swab samples have been tested in the state to fight the coronavirus. Of these, 61 samples were positive. Twenty-four of them recovered and returned home, while one died. However, the treatment of 36 more active patients is underway at various Covid hospitals. Many of the active patients do not have coronary symptoms. The state government hopes that such patients will recover in a few days.
Corona cases have been identified in 10 districts of Odisha. Khordha district has the highest number of districts. All the victims identified in Khordha district are residents of Bhubaneswar. In the capital Bhubaneswar, 17 people have been cured of coronary heart disease so far, while 29 are still receiving treatment. A registered patient from Puri and Cuttack districts has recovered.
One is from Jajpur district while the other is undergoing treatment. Two patients from Kendrapara, one from Dhenkanal and one from Baleshwar are undergoing treatment. One person from Kalahandi and Sundergarh has recovered, while two others from the two districts are undergoing treatment. Two coroners from Bhadrak district have recovered and another is undergoing treatment.
